Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 07 days of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Shipping:
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

Partial Refunds:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at and send your item to the address provided in the exchange instructions.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
