Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 07 days of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@blacklistedmen.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization:
- Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Partial Refunds:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@blacklistedmen.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@blacklistedmen.com and send your item to the address provided in the exchange instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
